By ordering, the purchaser certifies that all purchased materials will be handled solely inside controlled laboratory environments by qualified scientific personnel using industry-standard PPE and containment procedures.

Purchases are restricted to institutional, academic, corporate, or accredited independent analytical researchers who hold verified laboratory credentials.

LC Peptides reserves the unilateral right to request institutional affiliation, laboratory address verification, or official identity documentation prior to dispatch. Any transaction suspected of involving personal usage, unauthorized resale, or diversion for non-laboratory purposes will be immediately voided, refunded, and permanently blocked.

Continued use of the platform, submission of research orders, or download of Certificate of Analysis documentation indicates unconditional acceptance of the currently published terms. All disputes arising under these terms are governed by standard commercial and laboratory distribution statutes.
